Estate cottage has a ground floor bedroom and shower room.

Estate Cottage has a separate shower cubicle with a seat and handrail (there is a step up into the shower).

The cottage is strictly non-smoking.

Dogs may be exercised on the Estate with care being taken around live stock and waste being removed. Scoopers and bags are provided.

Arrangements for collection of the key and any directions you may need will be sent before arrival, either by post, email or on the telephone.

The cottage has on site parking for one or two vehicles.

There is space outside the entrance and outside lighting if required.

There are no steps into Estate Cottage.

In Estate Cottage there is a small step from the hallway to the sitting room. All other rooms on the ground floor are level.

Estate Cottage has carpets throughout with the exception of the kitchen and hallway which have vinyl flooring.

Due to the small size of the cottages no bedrooms are suitable for wheelchair users.

There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Bedding, including pillows, is non feather.

Estate Cottage has a downstairs shower room with WC and a first floor bathroom with bath.

The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and electric cooker.

The kitchen is compact and, therefore, unsuitable for wheelchair users.

There is a private water supply to both cottages which is treated with a UV filter located in the properties.This must not be switched off at any time.

Estate Cottage has an enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture.

Estate Cottage has a utility area with automatic washing machine and tumble drier.

The cottage is fitted with fire alarms, extinguishers and fire blankets. In the event of a fire please cover the fire with the fire blanket and exit the property immediately.

There is no mobile phone coverage at Westnewton. In an emergency a telephone may be used at No.7. This is the home of Mr and Mrs Budworth and is the cottage adjacent to Estate Cottage.

Harry Bellamy lives in Steward’s Cottage which is about 100m from the holiday cottages. To find Harry leave the square and turn left on the road towards Hethpool. Westnewton House is on your right and Steward’s Cottage is the detatched cottage on your left.
